Processing Time

Before shipment, we thoroughly review all order details to ensure your product arrives accurately and in excellent condition. This includes verifying contact and delivery information, conducting quality inspections, and securely packaging your items. Once completed, your order is handed over to the carrier. Your order will be processed and handed over to the shipping carrier with in 48 hours.

Warehouses & Delivery Time

We operate both a China-based warehouse (CN warehouse) and a U.S.-based warehouse (US warehouse) to better serve our customers:

Orders shipped from the CN warehouse typically take 5–20 business days for delivery.
Orders shipped from the US warehouse are delivered within 2-7 business days.

Please Note:

Our U.S. shipping service does not cover Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, overseas military bases, or Puerto Rico.
If your location is not eligible for delivery, please reach out to us at support@glocalme.com — we’ll gladly assist you.
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, unexpected events such as severe weather, carrier issues, or customs delays may occasionally cause disruptions. We appreciate your understanding should such delays occur.

We Cannot Be Held Responsible For Delays Caused By:

Changes to contact or shipping details after the order has been placed
