The device comes with two rubber collar attachment bands, a rubber cat head-shaped LED/button cover (can be swapped with the dog paw that comes installed on the device), a USB-A magnetic charger, and instructions that include a QR code link to the app. The quality of the device seems ok and it fit a 1” collar pretty well (about as big of a collar as it can fit. Smaller collars, like a small dog/cat collar, it moved around a lot on the collar). The box states up to 5 day battery life- the best I was able to get was 4 days, the first part of which the device wasn’t on a collar and sat mostly stationary because, initially, it felt like it took a day or two for the device to connect and really get its bearings. The GPS location is kind of hit or miss. For the most part, primarily to save battery, the GPS function isn’t on and instead it uses a connection to a home wifi network to determine location when at home. If/when the wifi signal is lost, then it uses GPS. A GPS geofence can be enabled, but from what I could figure out, exact locations of the geofence couldn’t be set, only addresses. A diameter can be set from that pin, but where it put the pin for my address was clear off in the front corner of the plot far from the home/yard and when the diameter was expanded to better cover the house/yard, the other half of the geofence stretched to a fairly busy road, a road I would have liked to have known my dog was headed for if she escaped the back yard. Even with that geofence enabled, it took quite a while for the device to register and report that it was outside of the geofence. On top of that, the notification never came through in an actual notifying way- I never received an audible/visual notification. Instead, when I checked the app later, the app just noted there was one incident of the device leaving/returning to within the geofence. That being said, if ‘lost mode’ is enabled, the GPS is kind of turned on ‘full power’ and the location is fairly accurate and up-to-date, but it drains the battery much faster. The device can also use bluetooth for more precise locating, like around the home, as well as play an audible noise and flash the white LED (covered with the pink dog paw/cat head silhouette) to help locate a nearby pet. Aside from the GPS/finding abilities, the device is a bit of a gimmick. It can do two-way audio calls and, while the audio from the device (dog/cat noises) can be heard in the app, it’s also “interpreted” and “translated” into English text. The text chat is similar in where the user sends a text message to the device from the app and the device “translates” the text into dog noises that are then played from the speaker on the device.

It's cute. Do I trust it to track my dog? Sure, but only as long as I can see her, but I am a total helicopter dog-mom, so take that for what it's worth.It's not too big for larger dogs... I don't think it would be too bulky for smaller dogs, either. I don't know about cats. The mount that slides onto the collar is about as thick as the unit itself and seems quite sturdy. The cat button included is a nice touch. Not everyone is a dog-person.It's not difficult to set up as long as you read the instructions. Be aware, you do get 30 days of the service, but it will need to be renewed if you want functionality to continue.It's a cute idea. I don't know how accurate AI actually is when it comes to translation of animal-speak, but it's cute and fun to play around. The tracking does seem fairly accurate.You can't just stick this on a dog without them being incredibly confused, especially if they haven't worn something like this before. If you want to keep your dog comfortable, introduce the tracker slowly. The company did include tips for this, much to my surprise. Love that.This is a novel item that does have legitimate use. Cute and fun.

Ok, let me get a few of the important things out of the way first for you to know.1. Yes, there is a subscription to use it. You get 30 days free for signing up and registering a device. It's roughly $8 a month currently if you purchase it for one year. Cheaper if you do longer.2. The battery lasts about a week on a full charge, depending how much you use it or how active your pet is.3. There is no Shock/Vibrate function. This is solely a tracking, communication, and notification device.4. It requires a cell phone service area. If you live in the mountains or some rural areas where service is spotty, it might not work!Understand that this is basically a very simplified cell phone with a GPS receiver. That's why it has a subscription and the device is a little pricey up front. I like the notification ability on my phone when my pet goes outside of the boundary I set, or if they get agitated, start barking, or there's something abnormal detected.What I don't like..-I wish there was a way (I haven't discovered it yet at least) for someone to start a call from the pet's collar. This would be nice in case my dog ran away and someone found it. The person could press a button on the collar and it would ring the app on my phone.-The way to set up boundaries in the app for GPS notification is radius based. I have not learned a way to create custom chapes or draw the boundary. My house is next to a road but I have a large bard yard. Since it goes off of my address, the radius overlaps into the road. I want to be notified if they get outside of my front fence so I can protect them from the road.Overall, it's a nice concept. They have a lot of features upcoming on the planned road map. I think it will eventually turn out to be a great product. There are other GPS tracking collars out there that are CONSIDERABLY more expensive. They may have a shock or vibrate function to operate more like an actual fence, but for someone starting out who just wants to track their pets whereabouts, this is a good first choice to try.
